The press release said that the book, which consists of philosophical idioms and stories, encouraged the children to read and offered methods to protect them from evils such as alcohol, cigarettes, gambling and drugs, in an expert manner. The author with a neutral approach to cultures and beliefs entertains, makes children think, and inspires them, while describing the love of nature, as well as the love of humans, in a cheerful language.
Renowned author Ragip Zarakolu said he looked forward to reading the book which would revitalize his Kurdish.”
From the book:
Dear children, lovely and pure. It is said that:
Softness is better than hardness, water is better than stone, love is stronger than force... There is no life without love.
One should not deviate from the word of one's parents. Parents always want their children to be smart and successful. But one must also have a purpose, such as economics, engineering, law and so on...
If you always have a pen, book, or journal in your hand, your life will be very good. Stay close to your goal and achieve success. One learns by reading; this world will be very beautiful with you!
I hope that every human being, every nation with their beliefs and colors will live as equals on this earth!
