A series of artillery attacks, reportedly carried out by Turkish forces and their proxies, have left a Syrian soldier dead and one injured in Northern Syria.

A Syrian soldier was killed on Tuesday by an artillery attack of the "National Army", Turkish military's proxy, near the town of Ain Issa in the district of Tell Abyad in Northern Syria, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported.

The attack was followed by another one, also conducted by Turkish forces later in the day in the same region.

The second attack targeted a village near the town of Tell Abyad and left a Syrian soldier injured, according to SOHR.

The attacks and casualties have not yet been confirmed by the Syrian media.
