Imprisoned Kurdish leader Selahattin Demirtas rejected the verdict given to Imamoglu that banned him from politics and said that all unlawful decisions will eventually be reversed by the people
Former HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtas said on Twitter that the verdict given to Istanbul Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu was a 'judicial' coup against the people’s will.
“All sorts of unlawful decisions will eventually be reversed by the people's decision,” Demirtas said adding with irony that Imamoglu should be put to “Pinarhisar Prison to have the same fate” with President Tayyip Erdogan referring to the jail sentence of Erdogan when he was convicted during his time as the mayor of Istanbul.
Halkın iradesine bu kaçıncı "yargı" darbesi. Bütün hukuksuzluklar er geç halkın kararına çarpıp döner.

Oldu olacak, Ekrem Bey'i Pınarhisar Cezaevine de koyun ki akıbeti aynı olsun.
