Explosion at iron and steel factory in Iskenderun injures 13 workers

Investigation launched into the explosion at the Tosyali factory in Iskenderun's organized industrial zone, which has left 13 workers injured, two critically.
Earlier today, an explosion occurred at the Tosyali Iron and Steel Factory in the organized industrial zone of Iskenderun (Alexandretta), a district of Antioch (Hatay). The blast resulted in injuries to 13 workers, two of whom are in critical condition.
Upon receiving the alert, emergency health teams were dispatched to the factory. Of the injured, nine have been taken to Iskenderun State Hospital and four to Dortyol State Hospital. It is reported that two of the workers in critical condition have been intubated.
The explosion, also caught on security camera, has prompted the launch of an investigation by the prosecutor's office. The cause of the explosion at the Tosyali Holding-owned factory remains unknown.
