Turkish President Erdogan's surgery rumors denied by officials

An official statement from the Presidential Communication Directorate of Turkey has denied the claims that President Tayyip Erdogan is scheduled to undergo surgery.
The rumors originated from journalist Can Atakli, who took to his social media account to assert that Erdogan was preparing for a new surgical procedure was refuted on Saturday by the Presidential Communication Directorate.
Atakli had said it would be Erdogan's personal decision whether he continues his duties after the surgery.
In response to these claims, the Disinformation Combat Center of the Presidential Communication Directorate released a statement emphasizing that the allegations concerning President Erdogan's health are entirely baseless. The statement urged the public not to lend credibility to “false and manipulative claims.”
